Hear that, internets? That's the sound of hundreds of fangirls sighing wistfully as one. Oh well, at least we'll get a GK reunion out of it (and Huertas promised pictures).

Mazel tov, dahling.

(Side note: God, I miss Generation Kill *sigh* I wish it could have gone on forever somehow)

Anyway, here's the next installment of the thirty day writing meme:

Day Fourteen: How high are you comfortable with going? Have you ever written higher? If you're comfortable with NC-17, have you ever been shocked by finding that the story you're writing is G-rated instead?

Another multi-parter, I see.

1) I've written NC-17 enough times before that I suppose you could call me comfortable with it, provided my head's in the right place. I can't do it on command though, otherwise things that sound really hot in my head come out sounding really stupid in print.
2) I'm not entirely sure it's possible to top NC-17...
3) I wouldn't go so far as to say I've gone from NC-17 to G, but yeah, I've had stories start out raunchy in my head but wind up relatively tame (PG-13ish) in print, either because my porn muse crapped out on me or because the story was one of those flashes of inspiration that almost make your fingers move independently of your brain. Like, the story just flowed that way in an organic sense, I don't know how else to explain it.

Finally, appropo of nothing, I heard there's a fifth Final Destination movie coming out (or I was reminded, I may have seen posters of it before and just forgotten). Really? Really? Seriously, by this point it's time to either change the title or abandon all pretense and call the next one Final Destination 6: Trolololol.[/fascinating mini rant of the day]

I had not heard of Fares Fares and just looked him up. I would totally have a bromance with him, were I a bro. He did once star in a film called "Bang Bang Orangutang," which, weirdly enough, is not a comedy. Hm.

Before ASkars I never heard about him too. But then I started to pay attention and suddenly he is everywhere - especially in every candid pic of ASkars and almost in every early film. I think they were friends forever.
