I have Chemistry work I should theoretically be doing. And yet, because my brain is awesome like that, I somehow wound up spending most of the day reading old
ljsecret posts. Y'know, it's just one of those days where doing anything that involves getting out of bed just seems like a giant, insurmountable obstacle.
In short, inertia fucking sucks, yo.
In other news, I wanted to say a big, heartfelt thank you to
katherine_lupin and one other individual (who decided to remain anonymous)
bgaleb for sending me v-gifts out of the blue. I was in a pretty crappy mood earlier today, and those pretty much made my week. My reaction irl probably looked something like this:

Much flappy hands of glee ensued. Internets, in case I didn't make it obvious before, I love you all and would be so utterly lost without y'all, things like this just reinforce that <3
On a less embarrassingly sappy and sentimental note, more writing meme!
Day Twenty: Do you ever get bunnied from other people's stories or art in the same fandom?
YES! Oh God, this happens so often it's not even funny. The sad thing is, I usually wind up not writing half of said bunnies just because I get all paranoid that whatever I came up with would be seen as copying or something. My neuroses, they are many.

Cheers.
P.S. - This Tunny/Will/EG fic I've been working on is exactly 13,000 words now and I still have a lot I want to add. It's official, I'm physically incapable of writing short fic. I'm thinking of splitting it into two parts and posting the first bit within the next couple of days, just to give myself some incentive to finish the damn thing and to give y'all a little something for listening to me bitch and moan about this for so long.

It was my computer challenged self who sent you the anonymous v-gift, simply because I pressed random buttons because I didn't know how to make this thing work!! LOL

The chem work was over metathesis/oxidation-reduction reactions. The metathesis part was easy (electron switching!) but the other part....notsomuch.
